                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JACK WRIGHT TARPLEY AND
                   BETTY ANN TARPLEY RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   77, BROWNTOWN ROAD COLLECTOR, TRACT NO.
                   002.2, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF FOUR
                   THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Jack Wright Tarpley and Betty
       Ann Tarpley relative to Contract No. 77, Browntown Road 
Collector,
       Tract No. 002.2, for a total consideration of Four Thousand
       Dollars ($4,000.00).
